A: Common materials include Q235B, Q355B, etc. We can also use other grades or follow international standards such as ASTM, EN upon request.

A: MOQ varies by product. Please let us know the specifications and quantity you need, and we will confirm accordingly. Small orders can also be discussed.

A: We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and other mainstream payment methods. Payment terms are negotiable; typically a deposit is required in advance, with the balance paid before shipment.

A: For standard products, lead time is about 15–30 days. For large or custom orders, it depends on the project scope. We will confirm the exact delivery time in the contract and strictly follow the schedule.
Q7: Can you provide samples?
A: Yes. Sample costs depend on the product. The sample fee can be refunded after a bulk order is placed.
Q8: How do you package the products?
A: We use standard export packaging. Steel members are securely bundled, and fragile parts are packed in wooden cases or pallets to ensure safety during long-distance transportation.
Q9: How is the shipping cost calculated?
A: We can help arrange sea, land, or rail freight. The shipping cost depends on the destination, cargo volume, weight, and transportation mode. Alternatively, you may use your own forwarder.
Q10: Do you provide installation guidance?
A: Yes. We can send technical personnel to site for installation guidance as needed, and we also provide detailed construction drawings and installation instructions.
